Return policy

At Pinknblu Infomedia Pvt Ltd., your satisfaction is our top priority. We’re committed to ensuring a smooth and worry-free shopping experience.
  • Return Window: The customer can only replace a product within 48 hours, starting from the day of its delivery. Please note that replacement requests made beyond 48 hours of delivery shall not be entertained by us.
  • Eligible Products: Apparel, toys and other non-consumable baby products.
  • Non-Returnable Products:
    • Perishables and consumables such as baby food, ready-to-feed formula milk, wipes, daiper, etc.
    • Items that have been used, opened, or are not in their original packaging.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.

Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are allowed within 2 days for eligible items, subject to stock availability.
  • Exchanges are only applicable for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products.
Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Send an email to info@pinknblu.com with:
    • Order ID
    • Product name
    • Reason for return
    • Clear photos (if damaged/incorrect)
  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.
  3. Once approved, a pickup will be scheduled, and the return processed after inspection.
Refunds
  • Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after successful pickup and quality check.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.
Order Cancellations
  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
  • After shipment, cancellations are not possible — but eligible items can still be returned.
Important Guidelines
  • Returns without prior approval may be rejected.
  • Used or incomplete items are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Repeated return requests without valid reasons may lead to account restrictions.
